mtb crash

diagnosis

1. minor elbow fracture, will heal on its own. need to keep mobile and active, gradually developing full range of motion on its own
2. inconclusive wrist injury. could be a) bruised soft tissue or b) torn scapholunate ligament. the latter requiring intense surgery, questionable recovery, and tons of physical therapy. the soft tissue damage would probably heal on its own very quickly.

i will know more about my perdicament on tuesday after my next appointment w/ the doc.
